Refund Policy

No Refund and Final Sale Policy for Florida Trucking Used Parts

Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase. By placing an order with Florida Trucking Used Parts, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. All Sales Are Final ("AS IS" Policy)

 

Due to the nature of our inventory, which consists of used, reclaimed, and salvaged truck parts:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, including incorrect diagnosis, change of mind, or incompatibility with your vehicle.

  • All parts are sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. The customer assumes all risks associated with the part's condition, performance, and use.

 

2. Exchanges and Limited Warranty Exceptions

 

 

A. Exchange Policy (For Defective Parts Only)

 

While we offer no refunds, we may offer a limited exchange for certain defective products under specific conditions:

  1. Written Guarantee Required: An exchange may only be requested if a specific, written warranty or guarantee for functionality was explicitly included on your original sales invoice.

  2. Notification Window: You must notify us of the defect within the limited time frame specified on your invoice (e.g., 7 days from the date of purchase/delivery).

  3. Part Integrity: The part must be returned to us undamaged and in the exact condition it was sold, with all original markings, seals, and non-tampering decals intact.

  4. Exchange Option: If the defect is verified, Florida Trucking Used Parts will, at its sole discretion, attempt to:

    • Replace the item with an identical or comparable part from inventory.

    • If a replacement is unavailable, issue a store credit for the original purchase price.

 

B. Shipping and Installation Costs

 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for labor or installation costs incurred by the customer.

 

3. Core Charges (Separate from Refund Policy)

 

Any Core Charges paid are separate from the purchase price and will be refunded only upon the timely return of a complete, acceptable core unit, as determined by Florida Trucking Used Parts. Core returns are not considered product refunds.
